We offer Free Estimates for any type of service. Whether it is pest control services, rodent services, termite inspections, repair quote, or bird estimates, we do it all. We will come out to your home and give a Free Estimate for no additional charge.

Termite Control
Free Termite Inspections are offered to anyone reading this ad. We usually offer Free Termite Inspections only to people who are not selling or refinancing their home. However, if you are a Realtor or a homeowner selling your home or refinancing we will waive our $95 report fee! Remember to tell customer service that you saw this ad.
Technically, a “Termite Inspection” is actually a lot more than just inspecting for termites. Under the Structural Pest Control Board, we are inspecting for all “Wood Destroying Organisms.” There are many wood destroying organisms in Southern California eating away at your home. For example, Beetles, Fungi, and Dry rot. Actually, Beetles, Fungi, and Dry rot can sometimes be more devastating and cause more damage than termites. We inspect for ALL wood destroying organisms.
We offer many alternative options to choose from. For example, Orange Oil, Radiant Heat Microwave Treatments, Foaming Treatments, and Preventative Treatments. We do have options besides fumigation. However, only a licensed technician can tell you what you need to protect the integrity of your home. That is why we offer a Free Termite Inspection!
Orange Oil is a localized treatment. It is an alternative method to fumigation. However, it does not replace what fumigation can offer. Orange Oil is a friendlier way to treating your termite problems. When applying Orange Oil to the specific infested areas in the home, Orange Oil kills termites and their eggs on contact.
Fumigation is the only way to have all timbers per square in the home treated. A fumigation uses gas, and the molecules of gas travel further than a liquid. Think of it when you were in your science elementary school classroom, learning about liquids, solids, and gases. Well, it goes back to that.
Technically, 2.5 days. The 1st day the tent goes up and the gas is shot. The 2nd day the tent is taken off but the fumigation is still doing the job. It is not until the 3rd day, that you would be able to get back into your home and a certification letter is on your front door. For instance, Monday your tent goes on your home, Tuesday your tent comes off but you cannot go inside yet, then on Wednesday (mid-day) there is a letter on your door. You may proceed.

MONTHLY TREATMENT
We offer maintenance service on a monthly basis in order to insure the protection of unwelcome guests. Monthly treatment is the most effective and best way to go if you have a severe infestation.

We offer maintenance services on an every other monthly basis. Every other month treatment offers protection for a property with severe to moderate infestation.

Wood Repairs
We treat, build, re-build, patch & paint, and start from scratch just about anything. For example, entire patios, decks, eaves, fascia boards, and gazeboes.
Yes we paint! Additional charges may apply.
We can mix paint and/or use any of your original paint supplied. Painting on the ground is better than painting on a 20-foot ladder. We can treat, paint, and put that 30-foot eave back on your 2-story home. And you do not need to hire a painter! We offer this service for your convenience.

TERMITE ANNUAL TREATMENT:
Termite Annual Service Treatments are offered for drywood termites, subterranean termites, dry rot & fungi problems. Once a year, a technician comes out to your home and treats for any current and/or future infestation. This is a great program to be set up on if you have a history of wood destroying organism problems.
