After you   have   had  your   first   initial treatment,   what   now?   We   offer   maintenance services   to insure the protection   of future   infestation. Whether it is termites, pests, or rodents that are at your front  door, we   can help. One of our most   popular  maintenance service that we offer is the Termite Annual   Service. Both  Drywood and   Subterranean Termites  cause devastating economic impact to Southern  California   each   year, but   now  get   treated   once   a year to   keep your home on track. Unlimited Bug Sprays for the entire year, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Follow-Up Services are   offered for customers with   ant, spider,   flea, gnat, roach, rodent, or any other   pest control related problems.

Termite Annual Treatment
If   you   have   had any   termite   treatments   from   our   company  then  you  need to sign up for a Termite   Annual  to  insure   protection   of your  home  from  future  infestation. The  Termite Annual Service  is a once a   year check-up   by your original inspector  to make sure no termites have come back. In addition, we   apply  preventative  treatments   as   well so new infestation cannot arise. If at anytime  termites infest   your home throughout   the year we will come back and re-treat your termite problem with no additional charge!

Unlimited Bug Spray Treatment
We offer this  maintenance service to customers that have a severe infestation of ants, spiders, fleas, moths, roaches, rodents, etc. You  pick the right schedule  for you and we will come out to your home to treat your insects or rodents. We will come out as many times as you need us for a full year!

Monthly Treatment
We offer   a maintenance service   on a monthly basis in order   to insure the protection of unwelcome guests. Monthly  service  is  the   best way to go   if  you have  a severe infestation  of ants, spiders, fleas, roaches, rats, mice, gophers, etc.

Bi-Monthly Treatment           
We   offer   maintenance  service on an every  other month   basis.   We   suggest   this treatment   if your insect or rodent problem is considered moderate to serve problem.

Follow-Up Spray
We  offer Follow-Up   Sprays for insects 2 weeks after the first initial spray to secure the elimination of the adult insect and their eggs.
